Mission
Our mission is to provide the right training, support, and opportunities so that adults with intellectual disabilities can reach their full potential in today’s working world.
Through our Rising Together training programmes, participants gain the practical skills, workplace knowledge, and personal confidence needed to succeed in meaningful supported paid employment. We focus on building ability, independence, and self-belief — ensuring every individual feels supported, empowered, and truly included.
